Covid-19 has created uncertainty for those who run. That’s why you can change your race type if you change your mind.
Request a change in your Race Format
If you have already registered for the race; virtual or on-site and want to make a change, let us know. We will be happy to switch your registration.
On-Site Participation Change to Virtual
Should conditions change and authorities prohibit a gathering of this type/size, your registration will automatically become a registration for virtual participation.
If this happens, we will send you an email with directions on how to participate virtually. You can then complete the run/walk on a 5K route of your choosing.
The decision date for change from On-Site to Virtual will be Monday Sept 21st
Virtual Participation Change to On-Site
If you change your mind and decide to participate in the on-site event, you need to make the switch by Monday, Sept. 21st. A new race waiver will need to be signed.
After that time, even if you come to the onsite event you will still be considered a “virtual” participant.
